I have this training schedule that has my long run on Sunday. I’ve been worrying because Saturday and Sunday are the hardest work days and I don’t have much time. What to do?
Obviously, move long runs to my days off.
It’s funny. You get so locked in to the arbitrary calendar. The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Except it doesn’t. My week starts on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday.
So I just moved the days up two days and life goes on. This could work.
