we’re supposed to shower on mondays? i don’t recall that in the training plan. i also went to the gym, although i guess i got there too late to see you. 3 miles (12:51). dusted off the hrm to see what’s up. upside: i was able to breathe again. gluten definitely not your friend. downside: 78 beers in fridge i can’t drink. luckily, i live with an artist.
